TEKSTKAR D.R.I.S (Dynamic Roadlane Information System).
The highways in Belgium and Europe are having extra driving lanes. There are coming more and more highways with 4 lanes for better flow through of the traffic. Informationsystems of the road authorities have to adjust to keep the road users good informed. That’s why we have developed the D.R.I.S. system.
The D.R.I.S is a revolutionary mobile trafficsign with a full color screen that inform road users with the necessary information. It can be installed at any time on highways with 4 lanes, where are no available systems or damaged non movable systems, to inform road users about the actual situation. The system is improved and already tested succesfully.
All the regular traffic sign can be displayed at the screen. It’s also very capable to use by events for by example welcoming visitors.
